All rooms have a peace and tranquil ambiance about them. They are tastefully decorated and have Tea and Coffee making facilities, Wi Fi access, electric blankets, fluffy dressing gowns, hair dryer and natural herbal toiletries. Included in the price is a wholesome ‘Healthy Organic’ breakfast with compote of fresh fruit, home made yogurt, cereals, multi grain toast, and home made jams and marmalade or cooked English breakfast if preferred.

This property requires any cancellation or date change to be made at least three days prior to the property’s check in time to avoid forfeiting the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
Room Details
The Kauri Room
The Kauri room is a super spacious room and has exposed Kauri beams, views onto the surrounding fields and garden, Queen size pocket sprung bed, cream carpet and ensuite bathroom. Single bed addition available on request for adult $ 70 extra and child $50 extra. Cots are $10 per night.
All room have Wi- Fi access, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy dressing gowns and local natural bath toiletries. There are Banana leaf chairs with plenty of space to spread out and relax.
All guests have full use of the Guest’s own spacious and comfy lounge room with Sky TV and DVD player with all your favorite films. In summer, breakfast can be enjoyed outside on the sunny front patio area.
The Riverview Room
The Riverview Room also has exposed beams , Kauri wall, Rimu floor, a Super King bed that converts to two singles. There are views over the garden, river and surrounding district. Guests have full Wi Fi access, small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities , fluffy dressing gowns and local natural bath toiletries in ensuite bathroom. There is also a Banana leaf lounge and chairs to enable you to relax and make the best use of this luxurious room.
Guests have full use of the guest’s own spacious, beamed lounge with Hi-Fi,. Wi-Fi access, Sky TV, DVD player and all your favorite films, library and open log fire in winter .
The Riverview suite is the Riverview Room plus the adjoining room with twin beds and shared ensuite bathroom at an extra cost of $100 per night or $70 for one adult or $50 for one child. Cots are $10 per night.
The Georgian Room
The Georgian Room has views over the country to the river, is quiet, bright and airy with a Rimu Designmobel queen bed and its own large private His and Hers bathroom. There is also Wi-Fi access,a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and full use of the guest’s own spacious lounge room with Wi-Fi, SKy TV, DVD player and selection of films.
